It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Norvise of Sebree, Kentucky, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Carver and Analue Fishburn Carver; and her siblings, Paul Carver, Richard Carver (Dick), Robert Carver, Thomas Brown and Faye Carver Trueblood.

She is survived by : her sons, Roy Ballard of South Carolina, Mike Ballard (Michelle) of Anderson and Jeb Ballard (Kellie) of Anderson; her brothers, Bill Carver (Cindy) of Bellefontaine and Ernest "Junior" Carver (Molly) of West Portsmouth; and her sister-in-law Robin Carver (Pat Carver) of South Shore. She is also survived by six grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
