She is survived by: her children, Robert Forker (Cheryl) of Sebree, Debbie Leslie (Mike) of Sebree and Deon Forker (Mona) of Madisonville; her siblings, Hugh David Blue of Madisonville and Eloise Major of Slaughters; and her grandchildren, Kale Forker (Dawn), Kevin Forker (Brandi), Kassie Townsend (Todd), Holly Cardwell (Shea), Megan Brown (Jeremy), Avery Forker, Bailey Jo Forker and Chloe Forker. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
