He is survived by : his wife Devona Bloodworth; his sons, Michael Bloodworth (Mona) and Timothy Bloodworth (Amy); his grandchildren, Spencer Bloodworth (Kristen), Kendall Thomas (Beau), Teal, Timber, Ethan, Landon, Caroline and Connor Bloodworth; and his great grandchildren, Krew Thomas Kendrick Bloodworth and Sloan Bloodworth.
