He was predeceased by : his wife Juanita Goforth; his son-in-law Paul Borum; and his brother Johnny Goforth. He is survived by : his children, Dawna Borum of Sebree, KY and Doug Goforth (Angelia) of Cary, NC; his brothers, Douglas E. Goforth of Colorado Springs, CO and Dano Goforth of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Wesley Goforth, Jade Thomas and Jazmine Jones. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
