He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Hayden Tompkins Taylor and Jay Harvey Taylor. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Wayne Taylor of Poole, KY, Walter Lee Taylor (Shannon) of Madisonville and Marty Taylor (Jennifer) of Madisonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
