He is survived by: his wife Linda O; his children, Cassie Gipson (Chris) of Robards, KY and Paul O; his siblings, Alice Burton of Sebree, KY and Frank O; and his grandchildren, Makayla, Madison, Sara, Carrie, Livontae, Jaquince, Hayden, Owen, Angel and Mallory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
