We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2024, at the age of 84, Willie Carline Cook Jr. of Scottsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Carline Cook, Sr. and Wavie Lena Willoughby Cook; his grandson Ian-Michael Cook; and his brothers, Larry Carlston Cook and Thomas Andrew Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Carter Cook of Scottsville, KY; his sons, Rick Cook (Sherri) of Scottsville, KY, Ron Cook (Kelley) of Scottsville, KY and Greg Cook (Melinda) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cook, Austin Cook, Macenzie Cook, Baylea Cook and Seth Cook. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Gideons. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
