He was predeceased by: his parents, Marty Battenfeld and Lulu Mae Bratcher Battenfeld. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Guess; his children, Rosie Guess, Kyle and Katie King; his grandchildren, Ni'yah and Eli; and his sisters, Sara Minnicks (Buddy), Marcia Meador (Jimmy), Sheila Battenfeld, Debbie Onley and Tina Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Humane Society in his memory as it was very near and dear to his heart.
