She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Fowler and Opal Irene Graves Fowler; her daughters, Peggy Carter of Scottsville, KY and Patricia Shouse (Warren); her sister Glenda Rippy of Westmoreland, TN; her grandchildren, Matt Carter and Leslie Tate; her brother-in-law Roger Baxter of Scottsville, KY.; her granddaughter Lindsey Carter; her son-in-law Roger Carter; her siblings, Billy Earl Fowler and Carol Baxter; and her brother-in-law Darrel Rippy. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.
