She is survived by: her sons, Gary Bullington (Angel) of Scottsville, KY and Nicholas Mandrell of Scottsville, KY; her sister Teresa Driver (Phillip) of Adolphus, KY; her grandchild Zathena Bullington; her niece Nicole Ferguson of Adolphus, KY; her nephew Chris Cornwell of Adolphus, KY; her aunts, Judy Jones of Scottsville, KY, Tiny Bolts of Indianapolis, IN and Mable Steenbergen of Indianapolis, IN; her close friends, Tina and Johnny Scott of Adolphus, KY; and her cousins, Johnny Jones (Pam), Ronny Jones, David Woods (Vickie) and Sheila Linehan (Russ).
