With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Len Thurman of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Ray Thurman, Sr. and Alma Sue Jolly Thurman. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lonas Thurman of Scottsville, KY; his children, Dakota Len Thurman (Christy) of Moss, TN, Sara Mae Thurman (Brandon) of Glasgow, KY and Cheyanne Renee Thurman of Tompkinsville, KY; his stepmother Marcella Thurman of Glasgow, KY; his mother-in-law Reba Lonas of Scottsville, KY; his stepdaughters, Shelly Fowler Willis (Sandi) of Glasgow, KY and Kandace Fowler of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Jason E. Thurman (Brittanie) of Summer Shade, KY, Donnie Ray Thurman, Jr. (Felicia) of Glasgow, KY, Donna Sue Adams (Franklin) of Tompkinsville, KY and Savannah Thurman (Kelly) of Glasgow, KY; his grandchild Minaj Renae Thurman; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Meador (Cory), Haley Meador and Kaidance Meador; and his stepgreat-grandson Beau David Carter. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
