She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Jasper Carter and Beulah Jean Taylor Carter; and her brother Frank Carter. She is survived by: her siblings, Randy Carter of Scottsville, KY, Sam Carter of Scottsville, KY, Jeanette Carter of Franklin, KY and Lisa Edwards (Kenneth) of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
