She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Ray Williams; and her parents, Forrest D Skaggs and Grace Pulliam Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Sue Lynn Taylor and Jeff Williams; her sister Peggy Taylor; her children, Vicky Morgan (Gary) of Springfield, KY, Sheila Motley (Chris) of Scottsville, KY and Mark Williams (Malissa) of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, Chad Morgan (Jaclyn), Marideth Trammel (Devon), Daniel Motley (Whitney), Mackenzie Williams, Macey Williams and Madison Williams (Gretchen); her great grandchildren, Maddox, Madalyn and Marit Trammel; and her brother Billy Skaggs (Lynda) of Scottsville, KY..
