She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbridge Porter Cockrill and Dessie Ewing Williams Cockrill; and her siblings, Oscar Cockrill, Neal Cockrill, Callie Guy, Thelma Shockley, Etta Williams and Jean Marr.
She is survived by: her husband Buel "Red" Petty; her daughters, Tonda Little (Larry) of Scottsville, KY and Tana Oliphant (Jeff) of Scottsville, KY; her brothers-in-law, Joe Calvert of Greenwood, IN and Wayne Petty of Tuscon, AZ; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hood (Brad), Beth Oliphant (Matt), Jordan Oliphant and Les Little (Myra); and her great grandchildren, Cannon Hood, Cruz Hood, Heath Oliphant and Brandon Little. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
