He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon Holder of Scottsville, KY, Jeff Holder of Scottsville, KY, Linda Kay Simmons of Scottsville, KY and Brenda Thomas (Jerry) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
