She is survived by: her husband Tony Wayne Chapman; her son Christopher David Deckard (Leah); her stepson Nathaniel Edward DeFrees; her grandsons, Seth Alexander Deckard (Jaclyn Grace Likens) and Austin Hunter Deckard (Isabelle Wethington); her great grandchildren, Sapphire Deckard and Corey Hunter Deckard; and her siblings, Don Cash (Terri), Belinda Nowak (John) and Josette Cash. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
