He was predeceased by: his brothers, Michael D. Rouse and Timothy S. Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Anita Jane Messer Rouse; his sons, Michael Todd Messer (Wilma) of Portsmouth, OH, Ronald Rouse, Jr. (Pam) of Portsmouth, OH and Jason Matthew Rouse (Sherry) of Portsmouth, OH; his sisters, Brenda J. Scarborough (Chuck) of Dover, TN and Barbara J. Hensley of Jackson, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Jill Evans Rouse and Stella Sellers Rouse of Jackson, OH. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
