Meador; his siblings, Wandalene Meador and Ricky Neal Meador; his nephews, Michael Allen Meador and Brian Meador; his niece Nickie Meador; his sister-in-law Sherry Meador; and his grandparents, Bob, Lizzie Meador, Doc and Ester Lonas.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Meador of Scottsville, KY; his children, James "Booger" Meador (Crystal) of Scottsville, KY, John W. Meador (Robbie) of Scottsville, KY and Chrissy Meador of Scottville, KY; his siblings, Robert Meador (Denise) of Scottsville, KY, Allen Meador (Ann) of Scottsville, KY, Richard Meador (Rachel) of Scottsville, KY, Jimmy Meador of Holland, KY and Margie Barnes (Kenneth) of Madison, TN; and his grandchildren, LaTosha Sanspree (Josh), Christian Brown, Patty Ann West (Josh), Josh Meador (Mandy), Johnna Meador, Rachel Uhls (Luke) and Brittany Meador. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
