He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Willoughby and Cleon Lolita Lambert Willoughby; and his wife Jeanie Williams Willoughby. He is survived by: his children, Teddi Moore (Tim) and Todd Willoughby; his grandsons, Brandon Moore (Emily) and Logan Moore; and his great grandchild Evelyn Moore.
