He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Melvin Tipton, Sr. and Florence Suella Richmond Smith; and his sisters, Beverly Tipton and Misty Tipton. He is survived by: his children, Michael Leroy Tipton of Defiance, OH and Amanda Sue Tipton of Defiance, OH; and his siblings, Daniel Tipton (Pat) of Scottsville, KY, Jerry Melvin Tipton, Jr. of Defiance, OH, Kenneth, Melissa Fisher (Tony) of Defiance, OH, Angela Arnold, Jennifer Tipton and Jessica Tipton. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
