He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vickie" Owens of Scottsville, KY; his children, Robbie Owens of Scottsville, KY and Suzanne Owens Rutledge (David) of Louisville, KY; his brothers, James Owens and Virgil Wayne Owens (Marilyn) of Hanford, CA; his grandchildren, Nathan Owens, Katie Owens, Taylor Rutledge Mattingly (Brad) and Tristen Rutledge; and his great grandchildren, Easton Rutledge and Ida Grace Mattingly.
