He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Moore of Jeffersonville, IN and Teresa Crowe (Dewayne) of Glasgow, KY; his sister-in-law Ruthie Johnson of Scottsville, KY; his nieces and nephews, Deanna Staub (Jay), Angie Ray (Tim), Michelle Creek (Greg), Christal Bushong (James Earl), Schevonta Kinslow (Larry), Carla Kirby, Tonya Turner, Kevin Lee (Sandy), Chris McIntyre and Daniel Stinson; and his close friends, Joe and Linda Thacker of Scottsville, KY.
