We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 76, Paul Eugene Russell of Scottsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Anderson Russell and Millie Elizabeth Conager Russell; and his siblings, Ray Anthony Russell, Renea Russell and Sarah Jo.

He is survived by: his caregiver Roger Carver (June) of Scottsville, KY; and his extended family Lisa Keen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
