He is survived by: his wife Tammy Clark of Scottsville, KY; his children, Joseph Clark (Nicole) of Low Gap, NC, James Clark (Dulce) of Rexburg, ID, Racheal Pinto-Martin (Collin) and Sarah Green (Justin) of Louisville, KY; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Lucas (Kashia) of Proctorville, OH and Karen Jones of Barboursville, WV; and his siblings, Bruce Clark of LaMesa, CA, Roger Clark (Barbara) of Santee, CA and Alene Bishop (Craig) of Price, UT. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
