Keith of Scottsville, KY; her children, Larry Steven Keith (Denise) of Forestburg, TX and Stephanie Duke (Chad) of Bowling Green, KY; her brother Wendell Spears (Adonica) of Scottsville, KY; and her grandsons, Colton Duke, Jase Keith, Blake Keith and Ethan Duke.
