She is survived by: her children, Scottie Cook of Scottsville, KY, Jonathan Cook of Scottsville, KY and April Ramsey of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Bobby Perry (Sharon) of Scottsville, KY, Darrell Perry of Scottsville, KY, Kenneth Perry of Scottsville, KY and Lisa Farley (Chris) of Scottsville, KY; her brother-in-law Gordon Holder of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, Ethan Wayne Cook, Emily Nicole Cecil, Drake Cook, Emma Moyher, Paul Ramsey, Jr. and Toni Ramsey; and her great grandchild Milam Creed Lee Cecil.
