He is survived by: his wife Laura Green of Scottsville, KY; his children, David Leroy Green of Bowling Green, KY, Jana Marie Green of Cave City, KY, Mellissa Kay Green and Chris Gann of Scottsville, KY; his sisters, Ruby Foster of Scottsville, KY, Martha Jane Lawrence of Indianapolis, IN and Emmajean Gregg of Euless, TX; and his grandchildren, Aaron Vetter, Brae Gann, Katiya Gann, Cheyenne Cowles, Ashley Green, Seth Green, James David Green, Jessica Dawn Green, Erica Turner, Kaylee Green and Bobby Green.
