He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Mandrell and Wanda Rosalyn Stone Mandrell; and his brothers, James Allen Mandrell and Billy Ray Mandrell. He is survived by: his wife Susie Mandrell of Scottsville, KY; his children, David Lee Mandrell (Angela) of Scottsville, KY, Kimberly Sue Graves (Gary) of Scottsville, KY, Elizabeth Carol Looney (Erik) of Scottsville, KY and JoAnna Sue Marr (Tommy) of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Gary Wayne Mandrell (Lee Ann) of Scottsville, KY, Jimmy Lewis Mandrell (Melissa) of Scottsville, KY, Patricia Ann Knoblett of Lafayette, TN and Serena Burnett (Randy) of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Timothy Graves, Chloe Mathis, Brianna Graves, Dominic Looney, Nicole Looney, Kenzie Mathis, Emma Marr, Richard Graves, Cody Looney, Cassie Farmer, Wyatt Allen Mandrell, Tommy Lovelace, Jr. and Dawson Alexander Mandrell; and his great grandchildren, Logan Carter and Eleia Nicole Graves.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
