We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2024, at the age of 69, Larry Hooten of Scottsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blonville Hooten and Ruby Ester Blankenship Hooten; and his brothers, B. J., Jimmy and James Hooten.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Hooten of Scottsville, KY; his children, Christina Hooten Alessio (Louis) of Hubbard, OH and Brian Hooten of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Tommy Hooten (Cindy) of Scottsville, KY, W. L. Hooten of Scottsville, KY, Frank Hooten of Morgantown, KY and Cathenia Henke (Bob) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandsons, Anthony and Santino Alessio. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
