He is survived by: his parents, Derrick Douglas Cooper and Elizabeth Ann Shockley Cooper of Scottsville, KY; his sister Charlee Bell Bell of Scottsville, KY; his grandparents, Tim, Denise Shockley of Scottsville, KY, Larry and Terri Cooper; his great-grandparents, Faye Shockley of Scottsville, KY, Charlie of Scottsville, KY, Jeretta Guy of Scottsville, KY, Sally Lowe (Jim), Ruth Cooper and West; his aunts, Laura Faye Thompson (Chad Qualls) of Scottsville, KY, Kerri Cooper (Ed Newman) and West; and his uncle David "D. D." Tabor of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several great uncles, great aunts and cousins.
