He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Russell Shipley and Gladys Gertrude Wheat Shipley; and his brother Jimmy Cook. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Dewayne Shipley; his daughter-in-law Tara Tuttle of Scottsville, KY; his children, Anthony Angel of Indianapolis, IN, Nichole Elaine Carr of Bowling Green, KY and Carrie Amanda Rupe of Scottsville, KY; his sisters, Charlotte Phillips (Janie Smith) of Scottsville, KY and Red; and his grandchildren, Blake Shipley, Travis Shipley, Darius Shipley, Ashlynn Turner, Bryson Turner, Cayden Turner, Jacob Rupe, Chelsey Scruggs, Whitney Graves, Bethany Jent, Briana Graves, Chris Carr and Kyle Luke. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
