She is survived by: her sons, James Stephen Boles (Vickie) of Horse Cave, KY and Thomas E. Boles (Sherry) of Etoile, KY.; and her siblings, Joseph Shockley of Scottsville, KY, Bonnie Collins of Summer Shade, KY and Janiece Jennings of Glasgow, KY.
