She is survived by: her children, Michael Whitney (Amanda) of Scottsville, KY, Laura Whitney of Scottsville, KY, Melissa Whitney of Scottsville, KY and Kara York (Jeffrey Glass) of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Jerry Mathis of Russellville, KY, Sherri Mathis of Smiths Grove, KY and Linda Mathis of Smiths Grove, KY; her grandchildren, Bradley Madden, Braxton Whitney, Austin Walker, Jezzie Whitney, Alexis Shoemaker, Cassie Whitney, Carson Glass, Peyton Glass and Allen Glass; and her great grandchildren, Katie Madden and Kurtley Walker.
