He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Lee Guffey of Scottsville, KY and Jason Lee Guffey of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Randall Dale Guffey (Linda) of Lafayette, TN, Mary Ann Meador of Scottsville, KY, Teresa Lynn Massey of Scottsville, KY and Laura Green of Scottsville, KY; and his uncle Randall Huffine (Jewell) of Scottsville, KY.
