June Lyles Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June Lyles (Scottsville, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Pearson and Viola Marie Howell Pearson; her husband Darrel V. Lyles; her siblings, Wayne Pearson, Bill Pearson, Jr. and Lavinia Warden; and her stepgranddaughter Tonya McCandless.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Lambert (Mark) and Tim Lyles (P. K.); her sister Virginia Graves (Eutra) of Scottsville, KY; her close friend Bobby Thomas; her grandchildren, Kelly Ransom (Spring), Kevin Ransom, Jason Lambert (Kimberly), Eric Lyles (Britney), Becca Litsey (Matt) and Kaylynn Morgan (Michael); her great grandchildren, Kayla Steele (Brandon), Seth Ransom, Harmony Ransom, Thomas Lambert, Hannah Lambert, Charlotte Lyles, Caroline Lyles, Eli Litsey, Owen Litsey and Eastyn Morgan; her stepgreat-grandson Bryson Carr; and her great great grandchildren, Shelby Steele, Olivia Steele and Brayden Steele.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Harmony Cemetery. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
