She is survived by: her husband Terry Lee Howell of Scottsville; her children, Terry Michael Howell (Laura) of Scottsville and Renee Madden (Johnny) of Franklin, KY; and her grandsons, Warren Taylor, Ryan Taylor and Aaron.
