She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Becom West and Avie Arlin Rippy West; her husband Leon Roe Petty; her grandson Brandon Petty; and her son Kelly Petty.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Petty (Jill) of Lebanon, TN, Kevin Petty of Scottsville, KY and Kim Arnold (John) of Scottsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Darlena Bray (Tommy), Emily Green, Shena Graves (Daniel), April Smith (Joby), Sky Smith (Cody) and John Pendley (Emily).
