He was predeceased by: his parents, John K Meador and Pat Meador; his siblings, Judy Turner and Joey Meador; and his sister-in-law Kay Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Brooks Meador; his children, Wendy Hollister, Nolly Brandon (Josh) of Scottsville, KY, Melanie Cummings, Cindy Smith, Krystal Meador, John Meador and David Brooks of Scottsville, KY; his sister Becky Sikes of Scottsville, KY; and his nieces, Sherry and Sharon. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
