She is survived by: her parents, Buddy Wayne Collins and Mary Louise Carter Collins of Scottsville, KY; her husband Wesley Jackson of Scottsville, KY; her children, Hunter Sean Jackson of Scottsville, KY and Katelyn Elizabeth Jackson of Scottsville, KY; her parents-in-law, Dennis and Rebecca Jackson of Glasgow, KY; and her brothers, Jeffrey Alan Collins (Kimberly) of Adolphus, KY and Chad Alex Collins (Amy) of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by Several uncles, aunts and cousins.
