She was predeceased by: her father Louie Willoughby; her grandson Jesse Edward Foster; and her siblings, Katherine Cheek, Odean, Dolan and Bill Willoughby.
She is survived by: her husband Blon Welch of Scottsville, KY; her children, David Welch (Patrice) of Scottsville, KY and Debbie Foster (Eddie) of Scottsville, KY; and her brothers, Carrol Willoughby (Norma Jean) of Scottsville, KY and Everett Willoughby (Faye) of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
