He was predeceased by: his father Hershel Milton Mandrell; and his brother Robert Wayne Mandrell. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Mesker Mandrell of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Steven Mandrell of Scottsville, KY and Tracy Carter of Scottsville, KY; his friend Jacob Tuttle of Scottsville, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Brittany, Emily, Blake, Matthew and Mason.
