He is survived by: his son Blade L. Workman of Scottsville, KY; his wife Tammie Poland Workman of Scottsville, KY; his mother Juanita D. Workman Reeves; his stepfather Roy O; his son Jeffrey Workman of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Steven R. Workman (Julie), Susan C. Workman Brown, MD, Cindie L. Workman Duncan (Barry) and Joyce A.. He is also survived by aunt: Jane Myers, PA; Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
