He is survived by: his wife Kim Anderson Clark of Scottsville, KY; his son Blake Tyler Clark (Amanda) of Scottsville, KY; his sister Cathy Clark Spurlock of Scottsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Lara, Laken LaKyndell, Laikly, Laryn and Linkin.
