He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul McCormick and Karen Jane Milliner McCormick of Scottsville, KY; his daughter Whitney Hammond of Franlin, KY; his stepson Zack Meador of Scottsville, KY; his sister April Nicolle Fuzzell (Tim) of Scottsville, KY; his grandmother Sarah Milliner of Shepherdsville, KY; his niece Brooklyn Miller; his nephews, Austin Miller and Lukas Meador; his grandparents, Ned, Mary McCormick and Hershel Milliner, Sr.; his uncle Eddie McCormick; and his cousin Lil Eddie McCormick. He was also cherished by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
