He is survived by: his son Skyler Rose of Scottsville, KY; his stepfather Anthony Curtis Penley of Union, KY; his close friend Kim Checkeye of Bowling Green, KY; and his siblings, Jeremy Hensley of Cincinnati, OH, Megan Foley (Jesse) of Cincinnati, OH, Jesse Jensen (Ryan) of Cincinnati, OH, Toni Lee McGuire (Michael) of Scottsville, KY and Jena Harston (Troy) of Scottsville, KY.
