She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Takach of Scottsville, KY; her children, Jackson Takach (Tina) of Alexandria, VA and Johanna Takach of Austin, TX; her siblings, Dr. Patrick Martin (Michelle) of Sunset Beach, NC, Dr. Mark Martin (Debbie) of Corydon, IN and Carolyn Kennedy of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Lucy Takach and Harrison Takach.
