He is survived by: his children, Ricky Cornwell Scottsville (Teresa), Loria Cornwell (Johnny Fulcher), Mike Cornwell (Donna), Steve Cornwell (Kent Gregoire) and Mark Cornwell; his grandchildren, Natasha Burch, James Lee Cornwell (Jory), Maleiah Creeger of Glasgow, KY, Matthew Cornwell, Jacob Cornwell (Brittany), Macey Weaver (Dylan) and Katie Towe (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Reagan Burch, Kinsley Creeger, Parker Perkins, Liam Creeger, Ella Burch Stewart, John Ross Cornwell, Wade Weaver and James Axton Towe; his stepgreat-grandsons, Noah Towe and Julien Meredith; and his sisters, Roxie Shipley and May Weaks (Ronnie).

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the T. W Crow and Son Family Funeral Home (201 N Court St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
