He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Mills and Nettie Marie Slaughter Mills; and his son James Phillip Mills. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bratton Mills of Scottsville, KY; his children, Bro. Russell Mills (Sandy) of Scottsville, KY, Alan Mills (Danielle) of Auburn, KY and Kim Riddle (Jimmy) of Smiths Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Andrew Riddle (Ashley), Brian Riddle (Elizabeth), Jenifer Stinson, Luke Eaton (Stevie), Caden Mills, Jackson Mills and Tristin James Mills; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Riddle, Victoria Riddle, Hanah Dyer and Colson Eaton. He is also survived by great grandchild and Several nieces and nephews.
