He is survived by: his wife Barbara McDonald Dinkins of Scottsville, KY; his children, Timothy Edward Dinkins (Tabatha) of Scottsville, KY and Jennifer Payne of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Earl C. Dinkins (Betty) of Scottsville, KY, Arlee Dinkins (Junie) of Scottsville, KY and Reba Cornwell of Scottsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Heather Harrison (Chris), Amy Creek (Josh), Eric Payne (Casey), James Earl Dinkins and Jordon Dinkins (Anna). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
