He was predeceased by: his parents, Pellie Oliver Costello and Clarine Calvert Costello; his spouses, Shelby Jean Cornwell Costello and Joan Leisten Costello; and his siblings, Eulois Costello and Alice Kinslow.
He is survived by: his son Tim Costello (Paula) of Scottsville, KY; his granddaughter Shelby Costello; and his sister-in-law Glada Costello Hastings of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
